With “Untouchable Failure” RESONANCE ROOM succed to present a continuation of the heaviness, depth & atmosphere of their previous album, 'Unspoken“ but with a more multi-dimensional effort, waltzing between great Prog moments, heavy Doom passages & the classic melodic and decadent anthems of the Swedish Dark Gothic music, exalting the haunting and gloomy aspects of their sound.
With these ten new tracks, they create a new opus of emotional sonorities ranging from different facets of music and firmly displaying RR's broad range of influences like Katatonia, Riverside, Anathema, Pain of Salvation & Porcupine Tree with an already accomplished personality.

Wow, if this is what you get after waiting 17 years for a new album, then I say it was well worth the wait. Stunning progressive metal with a doom vibe that has very few equals. I often moan about albums being too long, but at only 67 minutes this is way too short.
